XMP4PHP
XMP4PHP is a PHP extension written in C++ that could be used to read XMP (Extensible Metadata Platform) from files and write the data back.
The current version ( 0.0.2, 5.94 kB ) of the PHP extension XMP4PHP comes with a new function xmp_can_write that can be used to verify if XML content can be written to an existing file by using a dedicated set of flags or not.
It is recommend to use at least exempi version 1.99.5.
